Abba might make a comeback to fill the 50 concerts Michael Jackson had planned in London’s O2 Arena. Wow that would be so cool, but I think this will just be a rumor.

As I already expected and mentioned in an earlier blog post, Debbie Rowe is gonna try and file for custody of the 2 oldest kids. Money talks.

Neil Patrick Harris is expected to host the Emmy;s. That would be awesome, he did such a great job at the Tony’s. He is such a good role model for the gay community. Funny, hot and intelligent.

Kevin Federline(former mister Britney) turned from K-Fed to K-Fat, gaining 85 pounds!!! Wow, I knew had gained a lot but this… Maybe he should date Kirstie Alley now.

And poor little Gary Coleman had to endure some domestic violence, his wife was arrested for it. Most surprising is that he has a wife!!

Judge in India rules homosexuality allowed

He ruled that sex between 2 people of the same gender should not be illegal. The New Delhi courthouse goes against an old colonial law that calls it illegal and punished people up to 10 years in prison. The rule only applies in New Delhi, but still lots of religious groups oppose the new law. After the second gay pride in Delhi last Sunday this is the next historic event in a short time in India.

Dutch former model Karen Mulder arrested

She used to be a super-model in the category and time of Naomi Campbell, Kate Moss and Claudia Schiffer. In my opinion she was even prettier and in interviews she seemed very level-headed. Apparently she wasn’t. 

First there were the bad boyfriends, then the coke addiction and ultimately a very humiliating interview with a French TV station during which she claimed multiple people raped her, one of them being Prince Albert from Monaco. Apparently she was suffering from a psychosis and afterwards she was treated in a mental hospital. She seemed to be doing better, got married and had a baby. Last Tuesday though she was arrested in Paris for threatening a plastic surgeon that did a bad job on her. Curious to see what went wrong and hope she will be back to normal again soon.

Dutch christian textile company refuses gays

Konova, a company in the dutch town of Goeree Overflakkee refused to print the text ‘gay sport Nijmegen PINK tournament 2009′ on  towels for a gay sport tournaments in Nijmegen, a town in the south/middle of the Netherlands. They cited religious grounds and said they would not help out such an event where God’s name is disrespected, because “he forbids relationships between people from the same gender”. They even had the guts so promise to sent a free bible instead!! Hope they get sued for discrimination and lose their license. This should not be tolerated in the Netherlands!!

Michael Jackson

The news about his life, death and children keeps pouring in. Here are a couple of rumors.

Neither Micheal Jackson or Debbie Rowe are the biological parents of the 3 kids, Debby was only the surrogate. And Michael never legally adopted them because he never thought anybody would file for custody. Debbie claims she is the real mother of the oldest two and has tried to reach out to the Jackson family.

Michael’s dermatologist( and Debbie’s former boss) is Paris and Prince’s father. He might have supplied Michael with prescription drugs recently.

Some report say his anorexia caused his cardiac arrest other claim heavy drug use. They have found the anesthesia drug Propofol in his house, only available by medical personnel. One of the main side effects is cardiac arrest when used in combination with narcotic painkillers.

Homophobic harassment by Somalians

A gay man got harassed by Somalian immigrant youth after gay pride in Minneapolis at Twin Cities Pride. While following him they shouted “I hate gay people” and “Fuck gay people” at the man. He luckily holds himself very well, but this should obviously not be tolerated. I hope places in the U.S don’t turn into Amsterdam where gay people are often assaulted by Moroccan immigrants. Very very rarely by native dutch people. I have only one thing to say to those people, if you can't deal with what is normal in  western countries like the U.S. or the Netherlands, “Go back to your own country!!!”

Wimbledon quarterfinal day

It’s amazing to see how both Serena and Venus Williams, year in and year out, disappoint at Roland Garros and magically play phenomenal tennis at Wimbledon. Of course there are explanations like the grass that suits their hard-hitting game a lot, their serve works miracles at Wimbledon and their athleticism is great on grass. But I also think mentality is a big factor. They know they are furnerable on clay and extremely hard to beat on grass, something their opponents sense as well. V

Serena Williams

enus played great in defeating Agnieszka Radwanska 6-1 6-2, but the way Serena easily beat an in form Vika Azarenka with 6-2 6-3 was outstanding. With great serves, powerful groundstrokes and all-over great game she took revenge for her loss against Azarenka this spring in Miami. I hope I am wrong, but a Williams-final seems very likely now.
