Apologies following Texas gay bar raid

20072009

First there was the major of Fort Worth who said he was sorry for what happened during the ridiculous raid. And now the head of the Texas Alcohol Beverage Commission, Alan Steen admitted his agents violated their own procedures during the raid. The supervisor responsible for two of the agents has retired as well. Steen said that the two agents, who are on desk duty now, should have not been granted approval from the supervisor to raid the bar. Well it seems like the Forth Worth community is taking this very seriously. Too late for Charlie Gibson but better then nothing, I guess.
