Both on Saturday night, Sunday morning gay men in the upper east side o
f Manhattan were beaten, yelled at and one of them robbed by homophobes. Police are now investigating that six such similar crimes could be linked and they have released a sketch of one of the suspect, 20-22, six feet tall and 170 pounds, white with dark features. A community alert has been issued. Wow this is scary, it’s not an area of New York where I often hang out but still.
